NEW YORK (April 17, 2012) --  The National Urban League has partnered with ConnXus, a revolutionary online supplier diversity service, on a strategic initiative to accelerate the growth of small, woman- and minority-owned businesses across the United States, National Urban League President and CEO Marc H. Morial announced today.
 

WASHINGTON — Minorities continue to lag behind Whites across several economic indicators, even as the job market improves, a report released Thursday said.

The report found that Latinos fared slightly better than Blacks in many categories, but advocates said Latinos are still being "walloped" by the economy, as many who re-enter the workforce are doing so by way of unskilled, low-wage jobs.
