In mid-2002, Lonnie Grayson started Environmental & Safety Solutions Incorporated, an OSHA and EPA Regulatory Compliance consulting company.  E&SS and its associates bring over 100 years of experience focused on addressing and solving air, OSHA compliance, and water and waste processes.  

In March 2010, Mr. Grayson was referred to the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati.  He joined the African American Business Development Program and graduated in December 2010.  He got help developing a company strategic plan along with monthly networking, business consultation, and business development workshops.  Now he is eligible for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator, which facilitates substantial contract opportunities with major corporate customers and connects businesses with high-value deal opportunities.
