Legacy Pathways & Footprints, LLC, provides corporate and government cultures with growth strategies and change management solutions. Its founder, Dr. Joi®, needed help to strengthen its service delivery system.  The Philadelphia Urban League Entrepreneurship Center connected Dr. Joi with a mentor, Yvette Mitchell of Mitchell Biz Solutions, who helped develop management systems and plan for growth.  The Center also provided tax planning and preparation, which enabled Legacy Pathways to qualify for a new contract that created eight part-time jobs.  Working with the Center from August 2009 through June 2011 helped Legacy Pathways’ revenue growth to increase by 210%.  Dr. Joi writes that “As a result of the technical assistance services provided by the Philadelphia Urban League Entrepreneurship Center, my company, Legacy Pathways & Footprints, LLC was able to develop innovative trademarked products and services … (and ) expand our marketing reach to a variety of industries ….”
