Join the National Urban League in Commemorating National Minority Health Month

April is National Minority Health Month. To raise awareness about health equity issues in our community, the National Urban League will be joining two Twitter events and we invite you to join us!

Monday, April 29thth 1-2PM EST : The National Urban League will join the Department of Health and Human Services and other civil rights organizations to answer questions about the new Affordable Care Act and health disparities. Join the conversation using the hashtag #ActNow

Tuesday, April 30th from 12-5PM EST : The National Urban League will join a Twitterstorm to help protect health equity programs from budget cuts. Use the hashtag #4OurHealth and tweet at your members of Congress to keep health equity programs funded.
