On Wednesday, October 11^th, Caron Washington, Manager of Entrepreneurship and Business Development for the National Urban League, shared the stage with 4 phenomenal women for Wealth Wednesdays- “Making Your Business Thrive” at Juices for Life in Brooklyn, N.Y. Wealth Wednesdays is a monthly conversation about finances geared towards educating the community. The event was hosted by Angela Yee, co-host of the nationally syndicated morning radio show, “The Breakfast Club” on New York’s Power 105.1 and Stacey Tisdale, Award-winning financial Journalist and Author. Other panelists included Rianka Dorsainvil, CFP®, Founder & President of Your Greatest Contribution (YGC) and Angelina Darrisaw, Founder & CEO of C-Suite Coach and Google Digital Coach. The panel provided tips for starting a business and business growth including the suggested mindset of an entrepreneur, improving digital presence, and other funding and skill development resources.
