John Todd established J.W.T. & A, LLC. in 2004 as a construction service firm specializing in construction management and general contracting offering self-performance services in Cleveland, OH. He came to the Urban League of Greater Cleveland looking to access capital to support the $3,600,000 in projects he oversees. Specifically, he was looking to refinance some smaller debt that his current bank did not want to fund anymore due to change in portfolio exposure. Utilizing the Capital Access Fund of Greater Cleveland, Mr. Todd was able to obtain a loan of $150,000 to refinance his line of credit and for working capital use on the projects.
John has been a longtime supporter of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland and he heard some of the success stories of the Capital Access Fund. He was pleased with the great rate and structure on his loan which will add cash flow to his bottom line.
