Chicago's Not Just Cookies Flourishes
Johnathon Bush started Not Just Cookies 11 years ago at the age of 13. Not Just Cookies offers high quality desserts, using natural ingredients including gluten free and vegan desserts that cater to those with celiac and dairy allergies.
Mr. Bush has received many accolades. He was the finalist for the Global Student Entrepreneurship Award at the New York Stock Exchange, NAACP ACT-SO Gold Medalist in Los Angeles, recipient of the Food Product Development Award, and was selected as the U.S. Delegate for the G20 Young Entrepreneurship Summit Mexico City, in 2012.
Mr. Bush stated that, “The Chicago Urban League and Quentella have assisted me in so many ways, connecting me to valuable resources and people to help scale my company. They have also helped with minority certifications.”
