Urban League Chosen for City's Summer Youth Employment Program

The Urban League of Greater Cincinnati (Cincinnati, OH) has been chosen to administer the City's Summer Youth Employment Program, Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory announced Wednesday, March 21, 2012.

The program is partnering with 44 local companies to employ hundreds of kids ages 14 to 18 this summer.

Those interested should contact the Urban League www.gcul.org/ for details on how to apply.

Mallory also encouraged businesses to participate in his youth job fair, which is March 29, 2012 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Duke Energy Convention Center.

Employers interested in participating in the Job Fair should visi twww.mayormallory.com to register and reserve booth space. There is no cost for employers to participate.
