Emerging Leaders Program Overview
The National Urban League Emerging Leaders Program is a competitive, 12-month development opportunity for professionals affiliated with the Urban League Movement. The program ensures that individuals in our pipeline are prepared for the next level by providing a unique chance to master analytical and critical leadership skills in the non-profit sector. Highly qualified candidates will be chosen to participate in this program to make certain that we are cultivating exceptional leaders with a strong interest in the work that we do.
