Focused on four aspirational goals for America, in the areas of education, employment, housing and healthcare, I AM EMPOWERED is galvanizing millions of people to take a pledge to commit to help achieve the goals by 2025!

The Education and Youth Development (EYD) divison develops innovative programs to support academic achievement, civic involvement, and the physical and emotional development of children and youth.
JOBS
Every American has access to jobs with a living wage and good benefits.
Every program within the Workforce Development and Entrepreneurship and Business Development Divisions of NUL are working towards the central goal of ensuring that every American has access to jobs with living wages and good benefits.
HOUSING
Every American lives in safe, decent, affordable and energy efficient housing on fair terms.
NUL’s housing and community development initiatives focus on expanding homeownership opportunities in inner-city neighborhoods and rural communities.
HEALTH
Every American has access to quality and affordable health care solutions.
NUL’s health and quality of life programs work to empower individuals and communities and improve systems that support and contribute to better health outcomes and better quality of life.
